So Televised Crimewave is no longer a live entity... but that doesn't mean we can't still give you some nice goodies!

As a way of thanks for all your support over the years we're giving away a free collection of recordings, some "professionally" done and others not so... All you need to do is CLICK HERE and you'll be sucked through an inter-dimensional portal where you'll be placed in exactly the same point in time but on another plane of reality. The only difference being you'll have a nice shiny zip file on your hard drive.

Televised Crimewave will play their last ever gig on 25th October 2010 at the Old Blue Last, Old Street, London.

It will be FREE ENTRY but remember to bring your jar of coppers with you as we'll also have a brand new 7" single for you to remember us by.

 

FREE Televised Crimewave show

We're playing a special one off show next week (Wed 17th March) with our good friends Chapter Sweetheart. It's at the Lock Tavern in Camden and it's COMPLETELY FREE to get in.

We haven't played a show for 3 months whilst we work on new songs (which we will be recording in a nice shiny studio in April). If you want to hear what we've been up to, come and hang out...

How to write a hit record...

Step 1. Relax and enjoy a rare moment of sunshine whilst eating lunch in the park, feel those creative juices start to flow...



Step 2. Gather round and have a bit of a sing song. Some people call this a "jam" although this implies that you know what you're doing, we usually don't.



Step 3. Record a demo and listen to it. A lot. Over and over again, until you're sick of it. At this point it usually sounds pretty good to anyone else.



Step 4. Catch 40 winks, safe in the knowledge that another successful days work is done. Next day, repeat steps 1 to 3.
